* Advanced payment of annual leave: only offered in special circumstances, at the business’s discretion and on the condition that:
- 1. If your employment is terminated at the initiative of either party, you will be immediately liable to repay the balance owing;
- 2. You authorise the business to withhold such of your final pay in order repay the leave paid in advance; and
- 3. You authorise the business to deduct 10% of your weekly pay until such time as you have repaid the annual leave owing.
